This range of outdoor setting covers is designed to do just that for you.

Warranty

If the goods are not as advertised, are not fit for purpose, or are defective, we will fully refund the balance paid for the goods including any delivery charges you have paid. You have thirty (30) days from the date of shipping to initiate the return of the items. Exceptions to the thirty (30) day requirement will be considered on a case by case basis.

The refund will be issued within seven (7) days of the receipt of the returned goods, in the condition in which you received them. You may be asked to bear the return delivery charges incurred.

Delivery

We will ship your item(s) as soon as possible after receipt of your payment. If there is a delay in supply from our providers we will contact you and offer a full refund or the option to wait for stock to arrive.

 

Collection

Some items can be collected from secure third party locations. Reception hours generally apply Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and in some instances, Saturday 9am to 2pm. We require payment prior to preparing your item for collection. Cash payment (COD) is not available. The exact pickup location will be advised once the item is in place for your collection. Any postage paid will be fully refunded.

Cantilever Umbrella Cover

Very nice cover, length is good as I only needed it 240cm long, but couldn't find one that had the 500mm width and the stick to assist with installation, which works a treat btw. One thing that would be nice, but isn't a show stopper would be a waist strap in the middle that can tighten up around the umbrella and the cover to keep it from flapping in the wind. Material is of good quality and hopefully won't fade too much in the sun.
